and as you could probably assume by my domestic-ness
no, there is no actual baking going on in this post
I've been sitting on this news for what seems like forever
and I'm hoping that now that it is all out there
I can get back into my true blogging swing
it has been pretty hard to post these last few months
when everything I wanted to talk about
was baby, baby, baby
I promise things will be varied, and not all momminess
but hey, with only five more weeks of school left
I'm sure there will be lots of fun "little themed" posts to come this summer
so yes, the husband and I are pretty excited to become parents
and for some odd reason, I've been pretty zen about the whole thing
which is kind of the opposite of how I thought I would be
hopefully that continues...
Ooh this is so exciting! I hope the rest of your pregnancy goes really well!
ReplyDeletethanks - I was so lucky in my first trimester, barely sick feeling at all. And getting some energy back in the 2nd has been pretty great!
DeleteCongratulations! You're very lucky! Good luck with everything xx
ReplyDeletethank you - and yes, you never realize what a miracle it is to get pregnant when you are ready for a little one until you start trying.
DeleteYea! Congratulations! How far along are you??
ReplyDeletethanks - little over three months - due nov. 13th
DeleteMazel tov! That is amazing news!
ReplyDeletethanks elisha - we are so excited. The only way things could get better is by knowing what I'll be teaching next year. The thought of being 6 months pregnant in some unknown teaching location [especially where the bathroom will be] is a little unnerving!
DeleteCongratulations!! That's wonderful news! You'll be a great mom!! :)
ReplyDeletethanks Sharon - enjoying the ride at this point!
DeleteYAY!!!!!! I'm so excited for you! No wonder you've pinned so many cute things on Pinterest ;)
ReplyDeletethanks Rhoda - yeah, my cousin even had a feeling I was pregnant from all the baby pinning I had been doing lately :)
