Sunday's "so they said"

Everyday my kids crack me up.  

They really do say some of the funniest things.

I've been told to write them down, and one day publish a book.

In my almost 5 years in the classroom, I've never done this.

So, let's try this.

Every Sunday I'll post my favorite "so they said" from the week.

Week 1:
While lining up for lunch I was asked "Mrs. Lewis, do you watch the Young and the Restless".
My reply "No, I'm here teaching you!"
She continues "Well yesterday..."
I stop her "So let me get this straight, you can't watch Glee, but you can watch Young and the Restless?"
"Yup, well, I hear it from the other room."

I laugh as we walk to lunch.  

One day I'll have to make these morality choices with my own kids, 

but for now, I just observe with a smile.
